Brayman Selected for $16M Greensburg Pike Bridge Project in Allegheny County, PA

Brayman Construction was named low bidder by PennDOT, District 11, for the Greensburg Pike Bridge over Turtle Creek. Work will encompass the replacement of the existing 7-span steel truss bridge with a 4-span, 663ft steel girder bridge. Abutments and Piers will be founded on drilled shafts, ranging from 36 to 114 inches in diameter with depths over 100ft. Additional items include two design/build retaining walls. Work is anticipated to begin in September.
