The scope of work for this project consisted of constructing twelve (12), 20ft diameter; two (2), 30ft diameter; and three (3), 40ft diameter sheet pile cells for a new barge unloading facility. This facility is part of the power station environmental compliance Flue Gas Desulphurization (FGD) project on the Ohio River, just south of Stuebenville, OH. In addition to the cell construction, Brayman’s contract included minor dredging, scour protection, access walkways, reinforced concrete cell caps, and e-crane platforms.
