Brayman was contracted to provide a temporary, dewatered, cofferdam access area around an existing intake structure. The access area was installed so that necessary repairs could be made to the existing intake structure. The cofferdam system included dredging, installation of templates/sheetpiles, 5ft tremie concrete seal, and six (6) tiedown anchors installed under water. After installation of the cofferdam system, the area was dewatered to provide access for workers and equipment for the next phase of the project.
