The scope of work for this project required 50,000cy of dredging and the design and construction of seven (7), 20ft diameter and two (2), 40ft diameter sheet pile cells to be used for new barge unloading facility at the site of the existing power station environmental compliance (FGD) project on the Ohio River, south of Wheeling, West Virginia. In addition, Brayman installed reinforced concrete cell caps, E-crane platforms and foundations.
