Brayman was contracted to design build a temporary shotcrete soil nail wall at UPMC Passavant Hospital for a new expansion project. The wall totaled nearly 11,660sf with almost 4,600sf of shotcrete facing. A total number of 171 nails were installed ranging from 5ft  to 26ft. Brayman performed three (3) verification tests prior to full production and eight (8) proof tests during production.
