New Titles Reflect Company Strength and Capacity Growth

Brayman Construction Corporation & Affiliates has announced title and responsibility changes for five key leaders as the Company continues to grow and take on new opportunities to impact the construction industry. These changes recognize the skills of each of these individuals and the Company’s high expectations of where their leadership will take the organization in the future.

“Each of these individuals is a true leader in their own right, and the strength they bring to Brayman Construction and its Affiliates is evidenced by our performance during their time here,” said Stephen Muck, Brayman Chairman & CEO. “I believe in planting the seeds of talent and cultivating its growth from within. I am very proud to have this leadership team supporting our goals and the entire Company as we develop the techniques, materials, and technologies for the future of construction.”

Tim Taylor, who has been with Brayman for 18 years, is now the President of the Heavy Civil Division. Tim’s team works on complex heavy civil infrastructure projects, including highway and rail bridges, elevated concrete structures, marine construction, locks and dams, industrial facilities, and Accelerated Bridge Construction (ABC).

Zach Rosswog joined Brayman 11 years ago and is now the President of Advantage Steel & Construction.

Advantage Steel has AISC certifications for Steel Erection and Fabrication for Advanced Steel Bridges and is recognized throughout the industry for its expertise. Zach oversees our capabilities, which include complex bridge erection, customized temporary support and jacking operations, bridge rehabilitation, building erection, and other unique steel construction applications.

John Stewart has been with Brayman for 13 years and is now President of the Foundation Division. John leads our work in deep foundation drilling and grouting on projects such as high-capacity dam anchors, secant/tangent walls, earth retention, retaining/sound walls, drilled shafts, micropiles, specialty grouting/instrumentation, soil nailing/shotcrete, cofferdams and river mooring cells, pre-drilled/driven piling, and augercast piles.

Tom Hesmond, who has been with Brayman for 17 years, is now Vice President of Alternative Delivery & Joint Ventures. Tom builds partnerships with engineering firms and owners on alternative delivery contracts such as design-build, progressive design-build, integrated project delivery, and CMGC or Early Contractor Involvement projects.

Evan Ring came to Brayman 16 years ago and is now Brayman’s Vice President of Estimating. Evan oversees our estimating team and is tasked with creating a daily plan for building unique, complex, heavy civil construction projects.  They collaborate with Brayman’s Affiliates to provide the best opportunity for our operations teams to be successful in the field.

“The bottom line is that our team is strong and growing, as are our opportunities,” said Muck. “These opportunities are supported by an equally strong balance sheet full of the assets needed to execute our challenging projects—big and small. Our selections of people and projects will continue to tell the story of Brayman Construction.”

Dave White Memorial Award Recognizes “Most Improved Safety Program”

Saxonburg, PA: Brayman Construction Corporation is being recognized for its outstanding safety record by The International Foundation Association of Foundation Drilling (ADSC-IAFD). Brayman is the winner of the Dave White Memorial Award, which recognizes the “Most Improved Safety Program” of the ADSC member company whose Incident Rate has greatly improved over previous periods and who has experienced an obvious change in safety practices during the most recent three years.

Brayman is also being honored as a Zero Total Reportable Case (TRC) and Days Away and Restricted Duty/Job Transfer (DART)Combined Rates company that has demonstrated a proactive approach to safety using recognized safety practices. This award recognizes companies that achieve these remarkable safety records regardless of the person-hours worked. ADSC uses TRC and DART data that are based on the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s incident rates as the basis for this award.

“Receiving the Dave White Memorial Award and receiving recognition for Zero TRC and DART is a great honor for our team. Achieving such recognition demonstrates our commitment to maintaining a safe work environment,” said Stephen Muck, Chairman and CEO of Brayman. “This recognition highlights our safety program driven by our Corporate Safety Director, Angela Ravenscroft, and her team of safety professionals who are committed to introducing positive changes and ensuring safety protocols are met without exception.”

Our motto, “Safety is Our Attitude for Life,” isn’t just a catchphrase at Brayman Construction; it defines our culture and directs our operations every single day. While many see safety as an obligation, we see it as a steadfast commitment. Our dedication to ensuring the well-being of everyone involved in our projects, from our team members to our clients and the public, sets us apart in the industry. We understand that words mean little without action.

“Brayman’s safety record is possible due to a combination of leadership’s commitment to making resources for safety a top priority by investing in the best equipment and training for our team, and our team’s commitment to approaching every job, every day through a safety-first lens,” said Angela Ravenscroft, Corporate Safety Director at Brayman. “It’s that dual commitment that makes all the difference. If you don’t have that, it’s really hard to achieve a safety record like ours. Everybody says safety is the most important thing, but at Brayman, it really is, and our record proves it.”
