Freedom Road Bridges
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation District 11 have been planning the reconstruction of Freedom Road SR 2004 since the early 1990’s, this keystone project for the region is the first phase of an effort to connect Cranberry Township with the cities of the Ohio River Valley and SR 0065. The project bid in September of 2016, with Independence Excavating being the successful low bidder. Brayman was contracted as a subcontractor to construct the three single span integral abutment bridges. Brayman has completed two of the three bridges in 2017 including Romigh Road Bridge which is a two lane 80-feet long span, and Snake Run Bridge which is a three lane 123-feet span. Brayman is set to complete the third and final Park Quarry bridge in summer of 2018.
