Kanawha River Bridge

Brayman was contracted by the WV Division of Highways to construct a new 2,975’ long concrete segmental bridge outside of Charleston, WV to carry eastbound I-64 over the Kanawha River.  The bridge also crosses an island in the river, multiple local roadways, and Norfolk Southern railroad tracks.  The 760’ mainspan is the longest segmental span in the United States and the project has won multiple awards.
