Loudoun Water Milestone Reservoir and Water Pump Station
Brayman Construction Corporation was responsible for installing caisson shafts for a new bridge at Loudoun Water’s Milestone Reservoir and Water Pump Station. Brayman installed four 42-inch shafts with permanent steel casings, including rebar cages and concrete. Drilling depths were approximately 12’ to diabase rock and 7’ rock sockets.
The bridge will provide access to Milestone Reservoir, currently under construction in a former stone quarry. Milestone Reservoir will eventually provide one billion gallons of raw water storage capacity for Loudoun Water.

Cheat River Bridge
Brayman Construction was contracted by Triton Construction to deliver the foundational elements of the Cheat River Bridge, a key project in the nearly $3 billion WVDOH Corridor H program. This 3,300-foot-long, four-lane river crossing, one of the longest bridges in West Virginia, is a critical infrastructure link connecting I-79 in Weston, WV, to I-81 in Strasburg, VA.

Alpha Coal - LaBelle Facility
The project consisted of two phases. Phase 1 involved the installation of an anchored sheet pile retaining wall and the installation of eight 120-inch diameter caissons. Phase 2 included the installation of structural steel beams and the construction of a 120-foot by 46-foot concrete deck.

Brayman’s scope of work required installation of a secant pile excavation support system comprised of 152-each, 48-inch diameter interconnecting secant piles (12,309-LF) with depths up to 91-feet, as well as installation of 150-each, 18-inch diameter augercast piles for structure foundation support.
